Technical Project Manager & Tech Lead
A multi-tenant ERP and POS SaaS that gives every subscriber its own PostgreSQL database, resolved by subdomain and swapped per request under Octane. Accounting, inventory, HR, and a till that keeps selling offline — 14 modules on one modular monolith.

Technical Project Manager
Saudi Arabia's ZATCA mandate turns every invoice into a signed legal document — UBL XML, hash chain, digital signature, QR, clearance API. Built as a bounded service inside a multi-tenant ERP, with hardware on the counter.

Developer → Tech Lead & Technical Project Manager (architect)
An inherited Laravel modular monolith — 54 toggleable modules, ~517 models — that re-checked module status 2,236+ times per request. I batched it to one in-memory pass, kept the old API, and pinned every read to its tenant.

Razorpay, MercadoPago, Xendit, Khalti, PhonePe, CCAvenue, SSLCommerz, bKash, Mollie, Flutterwave, Braintree, Coinbase, JazzCash and more — unified so product code never knows which gateway is underneath. Plus the same trick for SMS.

When the whole company works remote, trust needs infrastructure: an HR management system with task-linked time tracking and screen recording, built to be heavy on evidence and light on the worker's machine.

Technical Project Manager
A multivendor e-commerce platform — vendor onboarding, commissions, catalogs, the page builder, and a gateway lineup spanning every market it sells into. The first product I took over the day I became TPM.

Two real products from empty repo to deployment with every line typed by AI — GitHub Copilot and Claude — and every decision made by me. StampBD: a multi-database SaaS for Bangladesh's stamp vendors. Amaz: a complete Amazon seller platform.
